CAIRO, Sept 2 (Reuters) — Jordan's health ministry has confirmed an mpox case involving a 33-year-old male non-Jordanian resident, according to a report by state news agency Petra on Monday. The individual is currently in isolation. This is not the first instance of mpox in Jordan, as the country previously recorded a case in 2022. The health ministry has not disclosed the nationality of the patient.
